Terms of Use

The Site provides advertising, information, call routing, and referral services for people seeking asbestos-related services. The Company is a marketing company and is not an asbestos-abatement contractor, environmental consultant, testing laboratory, inspector, engineer, remediation company, transporter, disposal facility, or government agency.

We do not personally perform asbestos inspections, sampling, testing, abatement, removal, encapsulation, remediation, transportation, disposal, reconstruction, or related fieldwork. We may refer or transmit your inquiry to one or more independent providers that may be able to assist you.

Every referred provider is an independent business and is not our employee, agent, joint venturer, franchisee, or representative. We do not control the provider's availability, response time, pricing, estimates, licensing, certifications, insurance, employees, subcontractors, work methods, safety practices, regulatory compliance, results, guarantees, or warranties.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting a provider. Before authorizing work, you should independently verify all licenses, certifications, insurance, references, permits, laboratory arrangements, disposal procedures, and other qualifications required for your project and location. Any service agreement is solely between you and the provider.

Submitting a form or placing a call does not guarantee that a provider will accept your request, contact you, provide an estimate, meet a deadline, obtain permits, or complete work. We do not guarantee any particular price, inspection result, laboratory result, project outcome, regulatory clearance, or property condition.

Site content is general information and marketing material only. It is not environmental, engineering, construction, safety, medical, legal, insurance, or regulatory advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for an on-site evaluation by properly qualified professionals.

Do not touch, scrape, drill, sand, cut, disturb, sweep, vacuum, or remove material you suspect may contain asbestos. For an urgent exposure concern, leave the affected area undisturbed and contact an appropriately licensed professional or relevant public authority. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement, we do not set provider prices, issue project estimates, collect payment for field services, enter the service contract, supervise work, or provide project warranties. Questions, disputes, cancellations, refunds, damages, liens, or warranty claims arising from a provider's services must be addressed directly with that provider.

When you call or submit a request, you authorize us to respond and to provide your inquiry to independent providers that may contact you by telephone, email, or text regarding the requested service. Any consent to receive automated or marketing communications will be governed by the separate disclosure presented when that consent is requested. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing services.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to use the Site only for lawful, genuine service inquiries. You may not:

• submit false, fraudulent, harassing, or misleading requests;
• impersonate another person or submit another person's information without authorization;
• interfere with the Site's security, operation, or availability;
• introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access;
• scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission; or
• use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

The Site's design, original text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

The Site may contain links to, information from, or communications involving third parties. We do not endorse or control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, products, services, statements, or conduct.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND REFERRAL SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND THAT THE SITE OR ANY PROVIDER WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• your use of or inability to use the Site;
• inaccurate or incomplete Site content;
• the disclosure of an inquiry as described in the Privacy Policy;
• a provider's acts, omissions, estimates, advice, work, safety practices, regulatory compliance, delays, or failure to perform; or
• disputes or transactions between you and an independent provider.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS OR DATA; PROPERTY DAMAGE; PERSONAL INJURY; EXPOSURE CLAIMS; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE OR REFERRAL SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO THE COMPANY FOR USE OF THE SITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your submission of information without authorization, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify any party for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising from these Terms or the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in [PARISH], Louisiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Site and may revise these Terms periodically. Revised Terms become effective when posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning use of the Site, except for any separate written agreement expressly entered into by you and the Company.
